God that is so bad. The only good part about it is part of it was donate to me. The soccer fabric on the right is 5 yars a peice and was donated. The green and orange in the middle are 120 inch backs I got for $4.50 a yard. The rest of it was $2 a yd at Walmart. There is not a Fabric department in our walmart. Si yesturday I went to Woodward to Deliver donation quilts and visited their walmart. Good thing I did not have much money. Or I probubly would have brought home a lot more.

See you next week

High all! I am not going to be around for the next 3-4 days, I have several papers to write and a final to study for. Since I have had bronchitis and pneumonia for the last 3 weeks, I have allowed myself to get way behind, (as in I may not be able to catch up). Enjoy your weekend and keep me in your prayers.

Design Wall Monday

Not much change to my design wall. finished the Princess top from last week. But not even attempted this one. I think it is going to become an official UFO. Can't decide what to work on next. I think I want to do a scrap quilt. I have a lot of children's fabric scraps. and think I might do a baby quilt or something with the scraps.

We will see what this week brings.

Princess Foster Child

This was started for a 6-7 year old in foster care, but I have decided it may be to young for her. So will probably give it to a 2-4 year old (also in foster care). But I like the way the top turned out.

IS THIS TOO YOUNG?

I started making this for a 6 almost 7 year old girl. After looking at it I think maybe that if I give it to someone this age, she would not like it for very long. 1 year maybe 2 at most. I keep thinking she would grow out of it real fast. However if I gave it to a 2-4 yearold. She might appreciate it longer.

What do you think?

Monday

I am trying to figure out how to turn this Princess panel into a twin size quilt, for a 5 year old. I do not want to just boarder it out. It is 35 by 44 and needs to be at least 55 by 80. Minimum. Any Ideas?

I am also still trying to decide what to do about the Black White and red quilt.
